Debbie was born on May 25, 1957 in Big Timber, Montana. She was the first child of seven born to Harold Richard and Mary Elizabeth (Cosgriff) Myrstol. In 1967, at the age of ten the family relocated to Clyde Park. Debbie attended the Clyde Park High School and was a graduate of the class of 1975. Following school, she moved to Livingston where she had an apartment and worked in the bakery at John’s IGA.
On September 27, 1980 Debbie was united in marriage to Tom Bailey. They started their lives together residing on and ranching east of Wilsall. They would welcome two daughters, Jennifer and Julie. Debbie worked as a volunteer substitute teacher at the Wilsall School and was involved with the PTA. The family relocated to the Tanner place in Clyde Park in 1993, where they enjoyed many great years. In December of 2002, they moved to the Al Fries Ranch to assume the operation full-time.
Once the girls were out of school Debbie worked at the Crazy Mountain Ranch and ran a housekeeping service herself. She also worked at the Albertsons bakery for a couple of years.
Debbie was strong in her faith and in her love of family. Her daughters were her pride and joy, only surpassed by her 7 beautiful grandchildren. She showed her love best in the kitchen preparing extravagant meals, baking tasty pies and delicious cookies.
