Jessie Fern (Scott) McKee

Jessie Fern (Scott) McKee, a resident of Clyde Park passed away peacefully on Saturday, May 11, 2019, at Livingston Health and Rehab Center. Jessie was born on December 11, 1925 in Logan County, Illinois to parents, Matthew and Minnie Alma (Weddle) Scott. She and her siblings were raised on the family farm in Mt. Pulaski, Illinois.She married John Clements on October 3, 1942. Together they had five children. Jessie and John later divorced, and she raised her children alone to adulthood.She married David McKee on August 7, 1964. They moved to Park County, Montana in 1975. David passed away on November 3, 1992.Jessie worked at various jobs through her life. Primarily as a caregiver and in retail. She enjoyed handicrafts and reading. She was a member of the Clyde Park Methodist Church. She helped raise her grandchildren and great-grandchildren and was always proud of what she started. She was known for taking in kids, friends, and anyone who needed a helping hand. Her door was always open, and she always shared what she could.Jessie was preceded in death by her husband David, her parents; seven siblings; son, Richard Clements; daughter, Pamela Paulsen; stepson, John Clements Jr. and 3 grandchildren.She is survived by her children, Patricia Hughes, Ted Clements and John "Pete" Clements III, all of Park County. She is also survived by eight grandchildren, twenty great-grandchildren and forty four great-great grandchildren. Burial plans will be made at a later date.Franzen-Davis Funeral Home and Crematory has been entrusted with arrangements.
