Bradley S. Mocniak

Bradley S. Mocniak, age 58, passed away unexpectedly of natural causes at his home in Livingston, Montana on Saturday August 2, 2025.

Brad was born on December 19, 1966, in Toledo, Ohio to Steve and Donna Mocniak. He was a 1985 graduate of Perrysburg High School. Following graduation, he proudly served his country in the US Navy. After being Honorably discharged from service he settled in Columbus, OH.

Brad was an avid outdoorsman. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, canoeing, rafting, skiing, or anything to do with nature. It is this love that took him to Wyoming, where he worked at Yellowstone National Park and spent his time off exploring the vast outdoors. He eventually settled in Livingston, Montana, and was employed with the US Postal service.

Brad is survived by his children, Taylor (Drew) Whitmire and Zachary (Tessa Mayabb) Mocniak; siblings, Wendy (Brian) Sujkowski, Brian Mocniak and Trisha Middleton. Also surviving are niece, Ashley Sujkowski-Davis and nephews, Dane Sujkowski, Jacob Middleton and Nicholas Middleton; his companion, Christina Jackson; and mother of his children, Jennifer Mocniak. Brad also leaves behind his beloved dogs Herbie and Clementine, and cat Nelly.

Brad was preceded in death by his mother, Donna Sattler-Mocniak; and his nephew, Lucas Middleton.

Funeral services will be private.
