James Donald "Peanut" Burgess

James Donald “Peanut” Burgess, 80 of Livingston, Montana passed away suddenly at his home on August 24, 2022, in Livingston. He was born in Rock Hill, South Carolina on June 25, 1942, to Milton and Lillian Burgess. He attended school in Rock Hill and upon graduation, joined the United States Navy. Peanut enjoyed his brandy, gambling, fishing, cribbage, and spending time with his grandchildren and great grandchildren. Peanut was married to Marlene Mishler on March 1, 1963.

Peanut is survived by his daughters, Sondra Phillips (Justin Jones), Janie (Joe) Flack Rosario; grandchildren, Ronnie Flack, April Flack, Corey Flack, Shane Phillips, Shadoe Phillips, and Abby Phillips; great grandchildren, Ryder Phillips, and Jade Phillips; sister, Shirley Ramsey.

Funeral services and a celebration of life are yet to be determined.
