William L. Craft

William “Billy” Lloyd Craft, 64 of Livingston, passed away at his home on April 4, 2026 after a long battle with cancer.

Billy was born May 29, 1961 in Blytheville, AR to Phyllis Hemphill Craft and James Lloyd Craft. He moved around in his younger years. His fondest childhood memories were the years he lived with his maternal parents in Gosnell, AR.

On October 7, 1989 Billy married Vickie Dodson Craft in Blytheville, AR.

Billy discovered, at an early age, an interest in mechanics. He nurtured this interest into a career as a diesel mechanic. Prior to his disability in 2005, he was employed for 15 years with Stillwater at the East Boulder Mine.

Other than family, Billy’s greatest loves were hunting and fishing. His love of nature is what motivated him to move with his wife from Arkansas to Montana in 1995. Although he longed to visit back home he never regretted moving to Montana.

Billy was preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by his wife, Vickie Dodson Craft.

Cremation has taken place at Franzen-Davis Funeral Home.
