Dean Vincent Moore

Dean Vincent Moore, age 49, of Livingston, MT passed away with his parents at his side in the early morning of Wednesday, September 21, 2022, at the Livingston Health Care Hospital.

Dean was born July 16, 1973, in Livingston to Donald A. and Mavis Marie (Anderson) Moore. He attended Livingston Schools and was a class of 1991 graduate of Park High School. While in school one of Dean’s passions was band, he played the trumpet. Following graduation, he went off to school in Grand Forks, ND attending the University of North Dakota graduating with a degree in psychology.

Dean then returned to Livingston, and Dean worked as a counselor in Bozeman. Dean enjoyed all that Park County had to offer, he fished the rivers and like to go camping. He flew with his dad gaining interest in aviation he eventually became a pilot himself taking much pleasure in the freedom the sky offered. Dean loved soccer and became a youth soccer coach and later a referee.

Dean was a good man who meant well in everything he did. He found listening to others as a counselor brought him much spiritual fulfillment. He was there for anyone who needed him. He was a member of the Livingston Masonic Lodge #32 and was a Shrine Clown, he loved the parades and giving out candy to the kids. Dean was currently taking courses to earn his master’s degree in psychology.

Dean is survived by his parents, Donald A. and Mavis M. and his brother, Dale, as well as other family and friends. He was preceded in death by his sister, Roxanne.

A memorial in honor of Dean will be held at Mountain View Cemetery, Monday, Sept. 26th at 1:30 P.M. A social hour will follow the service at Living Hope Church, 226 S 3rd St, Livingston, MT 59047.
