Wendy Christine (Young) Tyner

Wendy Christine (Young) Tyner, 71, of Livingston passed away on Tuesday, November 6, 2018 surrounded by family.Wendy was born on February 16, 1947 in North Colwyn Bay, Wales to Dennis Albert Stanley Young and Francis Adella Grundvig. At the age of five months Wendy and her parents moved to Seattle, Washington. During her childhood she lived in Duluth, Minnesota, Los Angles, California, and Salt Lake City, Utah. While in Utah she met and married George Dee Tyner. They and their five children moved to Livingston, MT in March of 1989.Wendy is survived by her husband of almost fifty years, George of Livingston, and their five children; Robyn Tyner of Livingston; Shane (Adrienne) Tyner of Roundup; Christy (David) Speck of Billings; Jacob (Jessica) Tyner of Livingston; Benjamin (Ivy) Tyner of Billings; 15 grandchildren; 2 great-grandsons and three brothers.Sewing was one of Wendys passions. Countless hours were spent on making drapes, clothes and many quilts for those she loved. She was an avid game player and had an addiction to Ticket to Ride. No matter how sick or tired she was, she always found the strength for at least one more game. She will be missed greatly by those who knew and loved her.A funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, Nov. 12, at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, 110 West Summit St. Livingston, MT.In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Loaves and Fishes, 301 S Main St, Ste 1; Livingston, MT, 59047. Franzen-Davis Funeral Home and Crematory has been entrusted with arrangements.
